Geared is an automotive performance blog I created during my Sophomore year at Texas State University. This project was my final assignment for a Web Design & Analytics course in which I was tasked to create a functional, aesthetically pleasing website using WordPress. I chose to create a blog that discussed aspects of the performance car world, including in-depth car reviews, automotive detailing procedures, and how car culture has influenced millions of individuals worldwide. I also incorporated a gallery section where I shared my own photography of cars I owned or had the opportunity to drive. This project taught me a lot about the ins and outs of WordPress and was my first website I was able to complete from scratch and share with the public.
